A travel opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacist to provide essential support in a busy hospital setting in Wisconsin. This role involves working in a 250-bed facility, primarily covering the third shift (9:00 PM to 7:00 AM) on a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule, with work weeks typically beginning on Wednesday.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, dispense, and review medications in compliance with hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate and safe medication use.
• Utilize Cerner and Omnicell systems for medication management and patient records.
• Monitor patient responses and provide drug therapy recommendations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin or willingness to obtain an Act10 temporary license.
• Experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting.
• Familiarity with Cerner and Omnicell systems is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Location:

• Middleton, Wisconsin (assignment in Marshfield, WI, approximately 13 weeks or longer).
