- Provide medical oncology services in a hospital and infusion/outpatient practice setting
- Deliver consult services (consult services may vary; ~22-25 patients/day reported)
- Support infusion coverage in coordination with the clinical team
- Take on-call responsibilities , including overnight call (weekend call highly preferred)
- Provide inpatient continuity of care , including willingness to take call during the same week
- Use Epic EMR to document and coordinate patient care
- Collaborate with support staff (2 MDs and 2 APPs with pagers ; no APP on weekends)
- Board Certification: Hematology & Oncology both required
- Malignant Hematology: Required
- License: MN license (IMLC accepted)
- DEA: Required
- BLS: Required
- Experience: Medical Oncology and infusion coverage required
- Availability: Overnight call required; weekend call highly preferred
- Practice Setting Experience: Comfortable with hospital + infusion center + outpatient workflows
- Overnight call and weekend call availability
- Willingness to provide coverage that may adjust if you do not take weekends (coverage may end Fri at 4:30 PM for that week)
