• Experience: Proven experience in inpatient medical oncology and hematology consults

What You'll Do:

• Lead the medical oncology inpatient team, supervising Advanced Practice Providers
• Manage 20-25 inpatient oncology and hematology consultations daily
• Perform specialized procedures related to benign and malignant oncology cases
• Provide inpatient consults, supervise new patient admissions, and document care efficiently
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans
• Participate in overnight on-call rotation from home, handling medically oncology-specific calls only
• Assist in outpatient clinics with same-day documentation and periodic follow-up
• Support hospital privileges at United Hospital, Abbott Northwestern, and Mercy Hospital

What You Need:
Required:

• Minnesota Medical License or IMLC approval
• Board Certification in Oncology and Hematology
• Experience managing inpatient malignant and benign oncology patients
• Ability to supervise advanced practice providers and lead clinical teams
• Good communication and documentation skills

Preferred:

• Prior experience working across multiple hospital privileges
• Familiarity with hospital-based outpatient and inpatient oncology workflows
