Position Overview Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Marketing Specialist with at least three years of professional experience. This individual will develop compelling visual content and support marketing initiatives across digital, print, social media, email, and other communication channels. The ideal candidate combines strong graphic-design capabilities with practical marketing experience and can manage projects from initial concept through final production. Key Responsibilities Design engaging marketing materials, including digital advertisements, social media graphics, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, flyers, signage, and promotional collateral. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels. Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts that support company objectives and marketing campaigns. Assist with planning, executing, and tracking digital and traditional marketing initiatives. Create and manage content for company websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns. Edit and resize visual assets for different platforms, audiences, and campaign requirements. Coordinate with printers, vendors, photographers, and other outside partners as needed. Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality. Review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, grammar, and proper branding. Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and results. Stay current on design trends, marketing practices, social media platforms, and emerging technologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field required. Minimum of three years of professional experience in graphic design, marketing, or a combined creative-marketing position. Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with digital and print design. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience creating content for social media, email marketing, websites, and digital advertising. Strong understanding of branding, typography, color, composition, and visual storytelling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. High level of accuracy, creativity, and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Canva, WordPress, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar marketing platforms. Knowledge of basic video editing, photography, or motion graphics. Familiarity with SEO, paid digital advertising, and marketing analytics.
