Step into a vital contract opportunity supporting public schools in the Claremont, New Hampshire area, offering a rewarding way to leverage your experience as an Occupational Therapist. This flexible role is designed for two dedicated professionals who will provide supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) working in a school-based setting for the 2026/2027 school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and current Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in New Hampshire
• Demonstrated experience supervising COTAs in accordance with state guidelines
• Sound understanding of school-based therapy environments
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Collaborative approach to working with educational staff and therapy teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site supervision to up to two COTAs, meeting approximately 7 supervision hours per COTA each month
• Complete all required supervision records, documentation, and administrative duties promptly
• Partner with COTAs and district staff to ensure high-quality therapy services and regulatory compliance
• Support service delivery and maintain standards in a school environment
• Collaborate on effective communication and best practices across the therapy team

This on-site opportunity offers flexibility with both part-time (up to 20 hours/month) and full-time (up to 37.5 hours/week) schedules available. Travel reimbursement for required trips to Claremont is provided according to IRS mileage rates.
