Executive Director PositionThe Malvern School is currently seeking to fill an Executive Director position in Voorhees, NJ. The Executive Director position is at the management level with general responsibilities including, but not limited to:Assuming responsibility for the daily operations (and every aspect) of the schoolEnsuring compliance with all licensing/accrediting agenciesAbiding by and enforcing all terms of The Malvern School Employee ManualProducing written work for parents, staff, peers and supervisors that is of above-standard quality in composition, content, and timelinessExecuting all aspects of the sales process, in order to continually build enrollment, by accepting responsibility for goals as shown on an annual budget to ensure successful business operations of the school on a daily basisFollowing all required business management practices, such as charging late fees and maintaining deposit reporting, credit card forms, subsidy binder, P&L reconciliation, etc.Earning and maintaining consistent customer satisfaction, maximizing enrollment potential and minimizing student withdrawalsSupporting the Director of Education in ensuring that all staff are educated and capable of planning and implementing a superior early childhood programServing as a resource and leader to all personnelPerforming the recruitment process for your school by placing job ads, attending recruitment events, and screening/hiring qualified, quality personnelEnsuring efficient and sufficient staff/child ratios are maintained in order to meet budgetary and Malvern School guidelinesEnsuring proper orientation of all new hires and create and communicate current staff performance evaluationsWhat we need from you:Bachelor's DegreeAdministrative Experience, preferably in Early Childhood EducationExperience and demonstrated strengths in Business Management, Sales, Customer Service, Staff Management, Financial Management and OrganizationMust be able to relate well to children and adults and feel comfortable in a leadership roleA Little More About Us:The Malvern School is dedicated to educating young children through innovative programming.
