Position Summary:

This position is responsible for greeting and attending to all clients and visitors of the clinic. Duties include answering and routing all incoming calls and messages, entering all appointments into the computer database, and maintaining and coordinating interaction between staff and clients. This position is responsible for the completion and maintenance of all data required for the purpose of financial billing.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle during scheduled work hours.

Benefits:

Retention bonus -$100 after 90 days for successful completion of probation and $250 after 6 months for completion of all training requirements and meeting position expectations. Additional service milestone bonuses beginning at 1 year.
