Highlights of the Resident Services Assistant Position:

• Must have 2 years of healthcare related experience
• Certified Dementia Practitioner a plus
• Ability to assist with scheduling Care Partners to ensure full coverage of all shifts
• Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor
• Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives
