As a Guest Services Specialist, you'll be the first and last point of contact for our guests-ensuring every visit is seamless, uplifting, and memorable. What You'll Do Coordinate spa schedules and manage guest flow with ease and professionalism Provide exceptional service while educating guests on treatments, retail products, and membership options Support front desk operations including phone handling, check-ins/outs, and appointment booking Help meet team sales goals by recommending retail and gift card purchases Ensure every guest's experience is five-star- from what they see and hear to what they smell and feel Collaborate with department leads to support daily operations and guest satisfaction Maintain high attention to detail and uphold all company policies What We're Looking For A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality Strong communication and organizational skills The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure A genuine desire to help others and be a part of something meaningful Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred, but not required—we'll train the right person!
