We need an experienced Director of Canvassing who has already built and scaled door-to-door sales teams — someone who knows how to hire at volume, develop reps into top performers, and hit aggressive appointment-setting numbers. If you've led a team of canvassers, this role is built for you.

Compensation & Perks

$150,000–$250,000+/year (Base Salary + Commission + Overrides)

What You Do

Full-cycle hiring to build your canvassing team
Advanced training systems — not just onboarding, but ongoing skill development that separates top reps from average ones
Daily leadership: team meetings, field ride-alongs, and real-time coaching
Territory strategy — mapping neighborhoods, sequencing pushes, and optimizing coverage for maximum appointment yield
Performance management — setting KPIs, tracking conversion, and holding your team accountable to results
Culture-building — creating a team people want to stay on and compete to lead

What We Expect From You

Multiple years managing a large-scale door-to-door canvassing operation (30+ reps preferred)
Deep experience in home improvement, roofing, windows, solar, water treatment, or a comparable direct-sales vertical
A track record you can point to — specific numbers on team size, appointment volume, or revenue growth
Elite recruiting instincts — you know how to spot canvassing talent others miss
Comfortable operating with real autonomy and being measured on outcomes, not hours
