Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and package menu items with care and precision
- Prep all food items following recipes and portion control guidelines
- Ensure proper holding and storage of food to maintain freshness
- Assist in front-of-house operations as needed
- Unpack and store incoming inventory orders efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, storage areas, and equipment
- Report any equipment malfunctions promptly to management
- Take out trash and uphold a safe work environment
Qualifications
- Eager and willing to learn with a strong work ethic
- Good motor skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and good common sense
- Ability to carry heavy items (up to 30 lbs) and lift up to 50 lbs overhead
- Basic math skills and sharp listening abilities
- Team player who takes pride in quality work
- High school degree or equivalent
