Human Resources Payroll Administrator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for multi-state payroll and HR administration. Responsible for running accurate, multi-state payroll keep HRIS, records and compliance clean and audit ready. Responsibilities Process multi-state payroll in Rippling, including hours, PTO, deductions, garnishments Coordinate payroll tax filings and registrations with providers, reconcile payroll to the GL with finance Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process Manage I-9/E-Verify employment verifications and personnel file compliance Assist with payroll and benefits administration Coordinate background checks and pre-employment paperwork Track PTO, leave, and time-and attendance; ensure state wage compliance Maintain HR documentation, basic reporting Employee relations on pay, benefits, and policy Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area 3+ years' of experience payroll and HR administration Hands-on multi-state payroll processing Prefer Rippling experience or other HRIS system Strong interpersonal and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr MyStaff
