This position is structured to allow for flexibility through remote work. While you will connect with clients via telemedicine, you will also have the option to conduct in-person sessions as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary role will involve working collaboratively with couples, families, and individuals to address complex relational dynamics and mental health challenges. Daily tasks will include:

• Conducting initial assessments and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples while also providing individual therapy to each partner as needed.
\n
• Addressing a wide range of issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and adjustment difficulties related to separation and divorce.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, continually adjusting treatment strategies based on client feedback and progress.
\n
• Documenting client interactions and maintaining accurate records in our digital health platform to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
\n
• Engaging in ongoing training and professional development to stay abreast of new therapeutic techniques and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes a diverse population spanning adults, children, and adolescents. You will work closely with families facing challenges such as job stress, communication difficulties, blended family dynamics, mother/daughter conflicts, and various forms of psychological distress. Your role is pivotal in fostering healing, encouraging positive communication, and strengthening relationships.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing empathetic and effective clinical care.
