Hourly Wage $21 - $34 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional Compensation Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
