• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• • Training Schedule: Weeks 1–6 are M–F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Post-Training Shift: Most likely 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

What You’ll Do

• Client & Technical Support: Deliver exceptional B2B and B2C customer support via email, chat, and Zendesk ticketing to resolve software integration and payroll inquiries.
• System & Integration Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to timeclock software integrations, APIs, and report bugs using Jira.
• Outbound Communication: Perform occasional outbound calls (3–5 per day, up to 10 during peak times) to follow up on escalated client concerns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Account Management, Customer Support, and Implementation teams to onboard clients smoothly and convey product feedback.
• Documentation & Tracking: Maintain accurate logs of client interactions, follow-ups, and escalations.

What You Need

• Experience: Background in client support (B2B and B2C), ideally within fintech, payroll, or a related technical support field.
• Help Desk & CRM Proficiency: Experience using ticketing platforms (such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Zoho Desk) and CRM systems (such as Salesforce or HubSpot).
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong technical aptitude with the ability to dig into complex integration issues and troubleshoot beyond regimented flows.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, presenting professionally both internally and externally.
