Job Title: Construction General Laborer

Pay: $22.00 - 23.00 per hour

Location: Denver, CO

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our growing team of commercial skylight installers. This position supports commercial construction projects by assisting with material handling, site preparation, installation work, and general labor duties. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in a physically demanding outdoor environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist crews with construction and installation projects.

• Load, unload, transport, and organize materials and equipment.

• Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after construction activities.

• Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other construction equipment safely.

• Assist with installation of building components and systems.

• Follow project plans, supervisor instructions, and safety guidelines.

• Perform demolition, cleanup, and material removal as needed.

• Work on rooftops, elevated surfaces, and construction sites when required.

• Support skilled tradespeople and project crews with daily tasks.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to lift and carry 50–75 pounds on a regular basis.

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Ability to work at heights and on ladders when necessary.

• Familiarity with hand and power tools.

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
