Respond to consumer inquiries and collaborate on appropriate brand and product messaging for distribution on social networks. Frequently monitor and engage as necessary on social networks, blogs, forums and other emerging social environments. Provide video production assistance, including operating a camera on internal and external video shoots. This* position requires the candidate to reside in the Phoenix Metro Area, relocation assistance will be provided.OUR MISSION:“To be the unquestioned leader in innovation, design, service and quality while providing an enjoyable environment for employees that allows them to fulfill their potential.”WE OFFER:* Competitive benefits and compensation package* Generous employee discount* Robust wellness program with cash incentives* Ride Share Programs* Flexible time off**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Develop written and visual content for the company’s social media community* Create and maintain company profiles on various social networking sites including, but not limited to, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok.* Actively monitor and engage when appropriate social networks, blogs, forums and other emerging social environments.* Develop and execute consumer engagement programs for social community.* Monitor professional tour events throughout the week/weekend and post on company’s social media platforms when appropriate.* Provide weekly metric reports and analyses to management.* Collaborate with e-commerce team to support initiatives throughout all social media platforms.* Responsible for remaining current within area of expertise, not only relative to market, but in relation to known published advances in the pertinent body of knowledge.* Occasional domestic travel may be required.**SKILLS AND ABILITIES:*** Bachelor’s degree in Social Media Management, Journalism, Marketing Communications, or related discipline from a properly accredited college or university, and minimum three years’ experience in a corporate social media department or marketing communications/public relations agency; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.* Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, interpersonal and team skills.* Detail oriented with strong organization and time management skills.* Excellent writing and grammar skills with emphasis on news and/or social media copy style.* Proficient in tools/techniques required to add content and engage in social blogs, forums podcasts and other internet environments.* Knowledge of golf industry including professional tour, retail environments, media outlets and leading OEMs.* Understanding of PING brand values, product and heritage.* Demonstrated ability to coordinate high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints* Proficient in photography and image editing.* Working knowledge of digital video and editing* Computer literate. Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Photoshop.* Must have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.* PlNG is a nicotine free company.
