Warranty Administrator

The Gerald Auto Group has an opening in the Matteson Auto Mall for our newly remodeled Kia location. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated and ready to learn and grow.


Job Responsibilities

• Submit claims and ensure proper payment is received
• Post warranty payments and make accounting adjustments as required
• Rental fleet management
• Extended service contract and maintenance claim submission
• Complete assigned tasks in accordance with Warranty Policies and Procedures
• Ensure proper compliance measures are followed

Education and/or Experience

Dealership cashier, office, or service experience preferred. Extensive training will be provided to ensure success.


Compensation

Compensation is based on experience.

• Pay range for this position: $50,000 - $60,000
• Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education
