As a General Manager, you'll be the primary integrator for our organization—turning the owner's vision into clear, actionable plans. You'll design the roadmap to achieve both annual and long-term goals, then inspire and equip your team to bring them to life. This role requires not just managing people, but empowering them by building the right systems, processes, and accountability structures. You'll oversee all business operations—administrative, operational field teams, and sales and marketing. Your leadership ensures alignment, productivity, and peak performance across the board.Benefits include 401(k) matching, bonus based on performance, competitive salary, employee discounts, paid time off, parental leave, and training & development.Duties and responsibilities include overseeing daily business operations and ensuring smooth workflow, developing and implementing growth strategies with clear milestones, training and mentoring managers and staff for long-term success, building, maintaining, and improving operational systems and processes, managing and optimizing budgets to drive profitability, hiring, evaluating, and developing employees at all levels, collecting and analyzing financial and performance data for informed decisions, researching and identifying opportunities for business growth, and delivering regular reports and presentations to ownership.Key behaviors and habits for success include a strong sense of urgency around results, ability to prioritize, delegate, and follow through consistently, proactive and frequent communication (formal and informal), clear direction-setting and accountability management, structure, consistency, and process orientation, comfort with conflict and skill in conflict resolution, deep appreciation for customer service and community impact, ability to integrate multiple departments into a cohesive team, and strong influence and leadership presence.Reporting and accountability include weekly financial reviews with the owner to track KPIs, monthly reviews to analyze variances, address issues, and forecast, annual budget creation and presentation, and mid-year reforecasting and adjustments.Why work with us?
