Recommend the most effective membership option and service combinations
Convert guests into long-term members
Drive measurable revenue through service and product sales

What You'll Own
Achieve daily KPIs (Per Client Average, Member Conversion %, revenue targets)
Consult clients on the best membership and service mix for their desired results
Promote services, retail products, and upcoming events
Build long-term client loyalty and retention
Maintain 100% Cleanliness Guarantee standards
Follow and enforce all UV safety regulations
Represent Slick Rock's core values in every interaction

Requirements
Must be 18 to apply
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years customer service experience
1+ year sales experience
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
