Engineering Manager - Transmission Line Design

In this role, you will oversee engineering deliverables, guide route selection and structure design, ensure compliance with NESC and utility standards, and support construction and field teams. You will mentor engineers, coordinate with substation and construction groups, and champion our safety-first, employee-owned culture while helping shape critical power infrastructure across multiple regions.
