Responsibilities include overseeing physical and electrical designs, ensuring compliance with NESC, IEEE, and utility standards, coordinating with construction and project management, and supporting proposals and estimates. You will mentor engineers, drive technical excellence, and help shape critical power infrastructure in an employee-owned, safety-first, growth-focused environment.
