Candidate Profile

• Full-time Veterinary Technician with at least five years of experience in a clinical setting, with an active RVT license in Ohio
• A good human who is kind and knows how to play well with pets and people
• Strong communicator with a desire to foster lasting relationships with clients, their pets, and other WWACC team members
• Dedicated professional who takes pride in their work and seeks to provide a memorable client experience with each appointment
• Willingness to continually learn, grow, and improve
• A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure

Role Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care during surgical and dental procedures - including anesthesia monitoring, patient prep and recovery, and dental cleanings and radiographs.
• Review treatment plans, provide discharge instructions, and address client questions with empathy and clarity.
• Collaborate with your team to support the veterinarian's orders during outpatient visits, ensuring the highest level of patient care.

This is a full-time position, with a flexible schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday. This position also requires rotating Saturdays and one Sunday per month.

Facilities and Equipment

A modern facility with diagnostics and quality equipment including: Idexx for in-house labs, digital radiography, a dedicated dental suite with digital radiography and surgical monitors, EzyVet cloud software with integrated labs, and a Companion Animal Therapy Laser.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: $25-30 per hour, for each hour worked
• Bonus package: $2,000
• CE allowance: up to $1,000 annually based on tenure
