Georgia Licensed Coding Supervisor

Supervising the coding function, the full-time Georgia Licensed Coding Supervisor will oversee staff, manage auditing and quality control initiatives, and ensure compliance with policies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Supervise the coding function and corresponding staff Oversee the reimbursement process and manage auditing and quality control initiatives Develop policies and procedures to facilitate timely and accurate reimbursement Required qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required 3 years of Physician Coding/HIM experience required Specialty Coding experience preferred Experience in coding across multiple practices and remote coding experience preferred Licensure such as RHIA, RHIT, CCA, CPC, CPC-H, CCS, or CCS-P is required
