VP, Product Strategy & Portfolio Growth

Citadel Credit Union

Citadel Credit Union seeks a Vice President of Product Management to define and execute the product strategy across consumer and business banking. You will own the product vision, economics, lifecycle, and portfolio performance, while building a scalable Product organization and operating model. The role emphasizes growth, profitability, and member value, with hands-on leadership of a high‑performing team.
