Our dishwasher position requires attention to detail and cleanliness to keep our kitchen running smoothly and safely.
Typical hours are: Tuesdays 5pm-10ish and Thursday, Friday, Saturdays 3pm-11ish, with Sundays always off!
Pay will be based off experience and the right candidate. This position requires standing for the duration of the shift, some heavy lifting, and able to keep up in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
•Thoroughly Wash and sanitize dishes, urinarios, cookware.
• Assist line cooks as needed to help get food for the line.
• Follow proper safety techniques when lifts and working with sharp things.
• Support sanitation standard in workstations, floors, and storage areas.
• Preparing kitchen for next days service.
Qualifications:
Restaurant experience is preferred but not necessary. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Teamwork and positive attitude in a busy environment.
