Utility Supervisor

$19-$21/hour | Full-Time | Various Shifts

Pennswood Village in Newtown, PA is hiring a Utility Supervisor for our Culinary Services team.

This is a working supervisor position. You’ll lead the Utility team while working alongside staff to keep kitchen operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support the Utility team
• Assign daily work and keep the team on track
• Assist with training, coaching, scheduling, and attendance
• Work alongside staff with dishwashing, pot washing, meal cart delivery, and kitchen closing
• Maintain sanitation, food safety, and inspection standards

Schedule

• Shifts include 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., and 12:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m. Every other weekend and some holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or lead experience in food service, hospitality, or a related setting preferred
• Current ServSafe Certification required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
