Trauma-Informed Housing Stability Case Manager

Peter & Paul Community Services is hiring a Case Manager for the Rosati Scattered Sites, a HUD-funded PSH program in St. Louis. You will provide comprehensive, person-centered support to individuals and households, promoting housing stability and connections to community resources.
