Yakult USA, the world's leading probiotic drink manufacturer, is hiring the Factory Administrative Assistant for the 3rd Shift. Candidates must possess at least 3 years of related clerical experience with computer skills. Inventory Management System or related system experience preferred.
- Location: Fountain Valley, CA
- Direct Hire with Excellent Benefit Package: Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance, 401K with matching, Paid Holiday & PTO
- Pay Rate: $21.50/hr ~ 27.50/hr plus $3.00/hr for 3rd shift additional pay
- Work Hours: 5 days/week, Monday - Saturday (Sunday and another day off during weekday), 3rd shift: 11:00pm - 8:00am
- Provide administrative support to Factory Managers and Supervisors.
- Purchasing for raw materials
- Generate production/inventory reports
- Correspondence with other departments
- Maintain and order factory supplies
- Data entry and filing
- Other related duties will be assigned
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of related clerical experience
- Purchasing experience is a plus
- Proficient computer skills using MS Office and ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly efficient and organized
- Adaptable and detail-oriented with an ability to multi-task
- Accurate Typing skills
- Able to follow the company rules and regulations
