Planner/Scheduler

Job Title : Planner/Scheduler Location : Anaheim, CA (Monday - Friday (40 hours) | 1st Shift) Duration : 12+ Months with Possible Extension Pay Range : $55 - $59/hr on W2 Job Description One year of proven experience with concise technical writing in an academic or work environment Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Application Suite Proficient in standard software programs and mobile electronic devices Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting drawings Well‑defined organizational tactics to balance time according to priority Demonstrated proofreading skills Diagnostic and evaluation skills with the ability to remove obstacles Understanding of how to consolidate multiple sources of information/analyses into a cohesive story and recommendation Willing to work evenings, holidays, weekends, and varying shifts including 3rd shift and working extended hours to complete time‑sensitive tasks Preferred Qualifications Experience Planning Maintenance, Manufacturing, or Projects. Experience with EAM/CMMS systems. Experience with Analytical/Reporting tools, such as Business Objects, Cognos, Birt, or similar. Demonstrated proficiency with scheduling solutions, such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, and Prometheus AkWire vScheduler. Experience with Materials Management. Experience building and presenting a compelling story (business case) to facilitate decision‑oriented discussions. Experience in Facilities Systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning HVAC, plumbing, electrical, kitchen appliance) is a plus. APICS CPIM certification is a plus. Required Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience. Preferred Education Advanced Degree or equivalent years of experience.
