Our client, a national engineering consulting and professional services firm is expanding.

Specializing in Civil Engineering, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), Transportation Engineering, Geo-Spatial and Architecture Solutions we are seeking an exceptional candidate for a Market Leadership role.

\n

\n

The person we seek a seller-doer and wants to build out the Civil Engineering Division. They will be responsible for business development and project execution and growing their team.

\n

\n

The successful individual in this role has unlimited potential for growth with a leadership team positioned to assist you and a company that offers a deep bench of services.

\n

\n

You will have ownership of sales, client management and technical oversight, growing the revenue driving operational excellence. You will be responsible for preparing budgets, bids and contracts and aligning your teams capabilities to the corporate strategy for success.

\n

\n

Salary will be determined by your potential to bring in your relationships with you to close deals between $150-230k base and generous bonus potential.

\n

\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\n
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
\n
• 20+ years of professional experience
\n
• Professional Engineer (PE) license would be a plus
\n
• Experience in sales in private infrastructure side and established relationships with developers, contractors and industrial clients, mission critical data centers, warehouse and large scale master build outs.
\n
• Experience in Florida to make an impact quickly with their knowledge and connections in the local market
