Stibo STEP Solutions Architect

We’re supporting a major enterprise initiative and looking for an experienced Stibo STEP Solutions Architect to lead technical design and development efforts for a large-scale MDM environment. This role centers on translating complex business processes into scalable STEP solutions and guiding the overall architecture of the platform. What You’ll Do Lead scoping sessions, planning discussions, and technical design workshops. Own solution architecture: write, review, and approve solution designs and technical specifications. Translate business requirements into STEP configurations and technology components. Apply best practices for integrations, APIs, business rules, and overall solution governance. Drive process improvements and champion good practices across the implementation. Manage and build data mappings between STEP and integration layers (ETL/ESB, XML, STEPXML). Develop complex business rules for pre/post processing and application workflows; perform code reviews. Partner with system administrators to troubleshoot platform, solution, and performance issues. Apply multi-domain MDM concepts and understand relationships across data sources and data structures. Design and model taxonomies, metadata, and data relationships. Work with modern integration technologies, data mapping strategies, and API-driven processes. Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Operate within an agile environment and support streamlined development practices. Bring prior STEP experience from previous implementations. Workflow and UI configuration experience within STEP. What You Bring Deep experience delivering Stibo STEP implementations in complex enterprise environments. Strong architectural mindset with the ability to simplify, translate, and guide design decisions. A mix of technical capability, communication skills, and real-world project experience.
