Morgan Hunter is partnering with a growing organization to add a Customer Account Manager to its team. This role will manage detailed customer orders from start to finish while partnering closely with sales, customers, and warehouse teams. This role will manage detailed customer orders from start to finish while partnering closely with sales, customers, and warehouse teams. Responsibilities
- Process and manage detailed customer orders from entry through delivery
- Partner with sales representatives to support customers and assigned territories
- Coordinate shipping, freight, and order logistics with warehouse teams
- Troubleshoot shipping issues, damages, returns, and credits
- Manage custom packaging, labeling, and shipping requirements
- Generate customer invoices and maintain accurate order information
- Build strong relationships with customers and respond to time-sensitive requests
- Maintain accuracy while managing a high volume of orders and changing priorities
- 2+ years of order management, customer service, sales support, or related experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to perform well under pressure
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Collaborative team player who is adaptable and comfortable with change
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage demanding requests
- NetSuite experience is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
