Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 base salary + uncapped commission

We are a high-growth global technology infrastructure and managed services partner dedicated to helping Managed Service Providers (MSPs) scale. We provide comprehensive back-office solutions—including 24/7 NOC and managed services, technical talent solutions, AI-driven tools, and specialized SaaS platforms.

We are seeking a high-energy Senior Account Executive to drive net-new customer acquisition across the MSP ecosystem. This is a true full-cycle hunter role designed for a consultative closer who excels at generating their own pipeline, running deep technical and operational discovery, and closing recurring revenue deals.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Net-New MRR: Own the commercial sales cycle from initial contact to close, securing new MSP clients for core services and platforms.
• Build Your Pipeline: Proactively self-source 70%+ of your opportunity pipeline through targeted outbound outreach, LinkedIn social selling, industry referrals, and strategic event networking.
• Full-Cycle Execution: Run strategic discovery calls, present tailored solution proposals, navigate multi-stakeholder negotiations with business owners/executives, and close agreements.
• Channel Presence: Represent the company on-site at major MSP conferences, peer group gatherings, and partner events.
• Smooth Transitions: Partner closely with Solutioning, Delivery, and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding before turning your focus to the next new logo.
• Maintain Pipeline Hygiene: Manage CRM workflows (HubSpot/Salesloft), forecast MRR attainment accurately, and maintain clear pipeline visibility.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of B2B sales experience , with at least 2 years specifically selling recurring services or contract engagements (not purely hardware or software license resale).
• Proven track record of quota attainment in a full-cycle closing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to self-source pipeline from a cold start using multi-channel outbound methods.
• Executive presence and strong consultative communication skills, comfortable presenting ROI and operational impact to founders, MSP principals, and C-level leaders.
• Experience in the MSP channel or selling managed services (NOC/SOC/Helpdesk), technical staffing/talent solutions, AI tools, or B2B SaaS is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with global delivery models (blended onshore/offshore teams) and modern sales stacks (HubSpot, Salesloft, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
• Comfort with a hybrid schedule based out of Freehold, NJ , plus domestic travel as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000
• Incentive: Uncapped commission tied to booked MRR
