RESPONSIBILITIES:
State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees. Cameron Barnes - State Farm Agent My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Royal Oak, MI and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
