Inside Sales Support Specialist

TEKsystems is currently supporting a client in NJ for an Inside Sales Support Specialist. This role will be supporting sales process and escalated customer needs to maintain a high quality customer experience. Applicants with a technical aptitude and prior sales support are encouraged to apply.

Description

Provide sales and customer support through product knowledge, troubleshooting and understanding customer needs. This role will be escalated support for sales and service.

• Provide inside sales support to customers and sales reps
• Escalation and troubleshooting support for customer service spare parts team
• Communicating with sales, assembly, engineers and customers
• Technical assistance for spare part needs
• Purchase order management and inventory oversight
• Upsell additional products if necessary

Qualifications

• Inside sales and customer service experience
• Technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints
• Order management experience
• ERP system experience
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

- Schedule: Monday-Friday

- Shift: 8am-5pm

- Contract-to-hire opportunity

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Swedesboro, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $31.00/hr.
