Adler Travel is a luxury travel agency in Hamden, Connecticut, planning trips across land and sea since 1923. We specialize in escorted tours, ocean and river cruises, villas, honeymoons, and destination weddings. We are hiring a full-time Travel Advisor / Client Service Associate to join our small, close-knit team.

This is a hybrid role. You will support our clients and advisors day to day while building the skills to become a trusted travel advisor in your own right. If you come from outside the travel industry, that is welcome. We are glad to teach and develop the right person. If you are an experienced agent with a book of business, even better. This is a commission-based role. 

What you will do:

• Answer client phone calls and respond to inquiries with warmth and professionalism
• Enter invoices and bookings accurately, including passenger details taken exactly from passports
• Support our advisors in planning and coordinating trips
• Grow into planning and selling travel yourself

What we are looking for:

• Exceptional attention to detail. Accuracy with names, dates, and travel documents is essential
• Strong communication skills and a client-first attitude
• Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
• Prior travel or hospitality experience is a plus but not required

We are open to both experienced advisors and newcomers to the industry. Schedule and structure depend on experience, and we are glad to discuss the right fit during the interview. Experienced agents with an existing client base may join full-time; those newer to travel typically begin part-time as they train, with a clear path to full-time.
