Business Partner

Estimated OTE: $50,000–$55,000+ first year PTO: Responsible Unlimited PTO Day to Day: You will spend your day developing a completely net-new sales territory for one of Insight Global’s top clients in the printer and office-technology space. This includes prospecting local businesses, making outbound calls, conducting in-person visits, and setting appointments with decision makers. You will run a full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to presenting solutions and closing deals—while receiving hands-on coaching, field guidance, and structured mentorship throughout your ramp. As you gain traction, you'll begin managing and growing the accounts you win, building a long-term book of business within your territory. Qualifications: 0–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience (any industry welcomed) Fresh graduates encouraged to apply Strong communication skills, charisma, and professional presence Highly coachable, competitive, and money-motivated Comfortable with rejection and consistent outbound activity (cold calling + in-field prospecting) Must live within ~15 minutes of the Sonoma County office/territory Reliable vehicle + valid driver’s license (daily travel required; $500 stipend provided) Fully onsite — no remote or hybrid work Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (a plus if lacking experience) Prior sales or customer service experience Strong computer and CRM skills Not seeking door-to-door-only backgrounds (e.g., solar canvassing) #J-18808-Ljbffr
