Scientist I - ADME Tox
Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Eurofins seeks a Scientist I to support contract research services in ADME-Tox, developing and validating analytical methods using LC-MS instrumentation. The role involves laboratory work, mentorship of junior staff, and method optimization for internal and external project teams in a quality-managed environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and validate LC-MS methods for ADME, DMPK, and bioanalytical applications
- Lead junior scientists and manage daily laboratory operations, equipment, and planning
- Troubleshoot and maintain mass spectrometers and HPLC instrumentation
- Perform data and report QC review; support study director as needed
- Identify process improvements and provide solutions to complex analytical problems
Requirements
- 3+ years LC-MS experience in CRO or industry laboratory
- Bioanalytical method development for small and/or large molecules
- Demonstrated bioanalytical method validation per FDA/ICH/OECD guidelines
- Experience with quality management systems
- B.S. with 3 years relevant experience, or M.S. with 2 years, or Ph.D. with 1 year
- Ability to work in U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship
- High-throughput analytical method development experience preferred
