Apply now!Assembler Responsibilities:- Assemble lighting fixtures, brackets, wiring harnesses, and related parts according to production instructions and schematics- Perform basic electrical wiring, fastening, and labeling of components- Inspect assembled parts for quality and accuracy before packaging- Use hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and effectively- Report defective or missing materials to the line supervisor- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times- Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining quality- Assist with inventory control and material handling when needed- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelinesRequirements for Assembler:- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, especially in lighting or electrical components- Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and work orders- Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude- Strong attention to detail and quality standards- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods- Dependable and punctual with a positive team attitudeQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
