You are on the front lines of recovery—stabilizing properties, preventing further damage, and delivering professional, compassionate service during stressful situations. When it matters most, we show up with heart—and we need technicians who do the same. What You'll Do Respond to emergency mitigation calls and assess property damage caused by fire, water, mold, and weather-related events Perform water extraction, structural drying, and mitigation services in accordance with IICRC standards Remove and dispose of damaged building materials safely and efficiently Decontaminate, clean, and deodorize affected interior spaces Collaborate with the Contents Division to clean, pack, and store salvageable items Document job progress through photos and detailed notes using PSA and other required software Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, answering questions with empathy and respect Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times Properly set up, operate, clean, and store tools and equipment Follow warehouse and vehicle protocols, including daily documentation of consumables and equipment use Work effectively and collaboratively with project managers, crew chiefs, and team members Requirements What You'll Bring Required Willingness to obtain IICRC (Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) Proficiency with hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying environments Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills Strong social awareness and customer service mindset Acceptable driving record Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to navigate Microsoft Teams and complete onsite documentation using a smartphone and industry software (Proven Jobs, Encircle, Docusketch) Team-oriented mindset with a positive, solution-focused attitude Must be able to safely wear and work in required personal protective equipment (PPE), including a respirator, as an essential function of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.
