Overview Job Title: Proposal Manager Location: Melbourne, FL (Hybrid - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday on-site) Employment Type: Direct hire Industry: Defense & Aerospace Compensation: $160K - $180K Shift: 1st Schedule: 9x80 About the Opportunity: As a Proposal Manager, you will lead the development and submission of high-quality, compliant proposals that support competitive business opportunities across multiple Lines of Business. In this collaborative role, you'll coordinate the proposal process from planning through final delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to produce compelling customer submissions. Success in this position requires exceptional organization, strong written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Apply APPLY TODAY What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical)/Operations 8+ years of experience in project and proposal management lifecycles and Government Procurement/Capture/Proposal Management 8+ years of experience using data analytics to generate estimates 8+ years of experience writing BOE (Basis of Estimate) What Sets You Apart Master's degree Engineering (electrical or mechanical)/Operations Defense industry experience Ability to handle approximately 10 proposals at a time Strong communication skills Effective team building approach Excellent oral and technical writing abilities Additional Information Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
