Deck Sales Representative (1099 Commission) – New Fresh Homes

New Fresh Homes is looking for a motivated and driven Deck Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you're passionate about sales, enjoy meeting homeowners, and want unlimited earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.

Compensation

1099 Independent Contractor
Commission-based compensation
Expected first-year earnings starting around $40,000 , with top performers earning up to $150,000 annually
Unlimited income potential based on performance

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners to discuss their decking needs.
Conduct in-home sales appointments.
Educate customers on decking materials, design options, and project benefits.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
Work closely with our production team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

Previous sales experience is required.
Strong communication and people skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Goal-oriented and driven to succeed.
Comfortable working independently.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Ability to use a smartphone, email, and basic computer programs.
Construction or home improvement experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right salesperson.
