We are an established logistics and supply chain organization that supports customers across multiple industries through transportation management, warehousing, inventory control, and operational support. Our team combines technology, analytics, and strong customer service to help move products accurately and efficiently every day. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an entry-level Logistics Specialist who is ready to build a career in supply chain operations. What You'll Do Maintain and update logistics and inventory data across internal systems. Monitor shipment activity and ensure transportation records remain accurate. Review reports to identify discrepancies and resolve data issues. Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, customers, and internal departments to support daily operations. Prepare operational reports using Excel and other business systems. Assist with process improvements by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency. Ensure documentation complies with company procedures and customer requirements. Perform additional administrative and operational support tasks as needed. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree is preferred; associate’s degree is required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and large amounts of data. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes. Previous internship, office, supply chain, or administrative experience is helpful but not required Why This Role?
