Formal Job Title : Mathematics Instructor

Critical Objective : Deliver high‐quality math instruction using the Mathnasium Method™ .

 

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality math instruction and tutoring to students.

• Teach and communicate using the Mathnasium Method™ , terminology, and teaching practices.

• Evaluate, grade, and correct student work and homework.

• Collaborate with center staff to provide the best possible student experience.

• Assist with operational or non-instructional tasks when needed.

 

Qualifications

• A passion for math and working with students

• Comfortable with math through Pre‐Calculus

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Willingness to learn and participate in training

• Availability during afternoons, evenings, and weekends

 

Hours of Operation

• Sunday: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm

• Monday–Friday: 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm

• Saturday: Closed

 

Experience

• Math above Pre‐Calculus: 1 year

Education (Preferred)

• High School Diploma or equivalent

 

Weekly Availability Requirements

2. Our hours of operation are Sunday from 1–5 pm and Monday–Friday from 2–8 pm. What days and times are you available to work within that range?

3. How many hours per week would you like to work?

4. We are not hiring seasonal-only candidates. You must be available to work in-person through the 2026–2027 school year. Are you able to commit to this?
