Corporate Paralegal

Job Overview Corporate Legal Paralegal needed for a top mid-size law firm in Encino. Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year. Responsibilities Support attorneys with corporate and transactional matters including entity formations, corporate governance documents, contracts, and regulatory filings. Assist with litigation matters (~20% of workload), including document management, filings, and case support. Maintain strong organizational skills and provide general administrative support to the legal team. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field. 2+ years of corporate paralegal or transactional legal support experience.
