Business Execution Senior Manager - Branch Network Strategy & Implementation

About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Senior Manager to serve as a strategic program manager, branch network operations leader, and executive communications partner for branch openings, relocations, consolidations, and closures. This strategic people-leader will be responsible for enterprise execution, governance, risk management, and branch network transformation initiatives that support the evolution of Wells Fargo's physical distribution network. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, executive communication, implementation management, operational controls, and branch network strategy expertise to drive complex programs and deliver business outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.In this role, you will:Lead a team responsible for execution of branch network strategies, including DeNovo openings, relocations, consolidations, and closures.Oversee end-to-end implementation planning, milestone management, and execution governance.Partner with enterprise stakeholders across Branch Channel Management, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Real Estate, and Product organizations.Ensure customer-impacting activities are executed with minimal disruption and in accordance with regulatory and policy requirements.Develop and maintain operational controls, execution standards, procedures, and reporting.Drive issue identification, risk mitigation, escalation management, and resolution activities.Provide executive-level reporting and communication on program health, key milestones, risks, and dependencies.Lead resource planning, workforce management, coaching, and talent development activities.Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with significant operational complexity and business impact.Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, customer focus, and operational excellence.Support strategic planning and execution of enterprise transformation efforts impacting branch operations.Required Qualifications:7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.3+ years Management or leadership experience.5+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional operational, business execution, implementation, or transformation initiatives in a highly matrixed environment.3+ years of experience managing operational risk, governance, controls, and issue resolution activities.3+ years of experience influencing senior leaders and enterprise partners to drive strategic business outcomesDesired Qualifications:Experience supporting branch openings (DeNovo), relocations, consolidations, or closure activities.Experience within retail banking, branch operations, branch distribution, or network strategy.Experience leading organizational transformation, operational excellence, or enterprise change initiatives.Knowledge of branch operating models, customer experience, and workforce readiness strategies.Experience establishing governance routines, operational controls, and standardized execution frameworks.Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and executive reporting tools.Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and resources.MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration, Operations, Strategy, or a related discipline.Job Expectations:Ability to travel up to 25%.Ability to work in a hybrid environment.This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.Locations:250 E John Carpenter Fwy, Irving, TX 750621 Easton Oval, Columbus, OH 432191525 W W.T. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
