Advanced Practice Provider
Centennial Primary Care is seeking an experienced primary care Advanced Practice Provider to join their practice. Qualified candidates:
- NP or PA degree from accredited program
- CO license or ability to obtain one
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine APP experience preferred
- Provide treatment to patients for most acute illnesses, minor injuries and chronic conditions
- Strong new grad candidates with significant exposure to primary care will be considered
