Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $70,000 to $105,000 annually, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Provide speech and language therapy services across a variety of settings, including outpatient and inpatient
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to develop individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress using Epic EMR system
• Engage with patients, families and caregivers to support therapy goals
• Maintain compliance with state licensing and certification standards
• Contribute to the high-quality, patient-centered care delivered at the facility
• Participate in a supportive work environment focused on professional growth

What You Need

• Valid Minnesota SLP license and ASHA Certification
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Strong knowledge of speech and language therapy techniques
• Proficiency with electronic medical records, preferably Epic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
