General Supply Specialist

Job Duties
Uses modeling and analysis techniques to integrate data from multiple information systems to develop updates and improve the end-to end petroleum supply chain.
Serves as a senior technical expert on the Technical Evaluation Team as part of the Source Selection Evaluation Board (SSEB) and performs duties related to this team.
Develops and coordinates concepts, initiatives and strategies for improvement and optimization of the petroleum supply chain.
Analyze data to recommend type of transportation mode and services based on unique supply chain requirements.
Collaborate and effectively communicate with various personnel both internal and external to DLA (such as Financial Management, Order Fulfillment, Procurement, Tech/Quality, industry partners, etc.).
